MAUSWAGON LOAN

The Mauswagon Loan is offered to provide better financial services, such as additional capital, equipment and materials purchases, digital/technology tools and more, for startup businesses up to micro-enterprises.

MAUSWAGON PLUS LOAN

The Mauswagon Plus Loan is designed for micro and small entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses by financing various needs such as purchasing business assets, construction supplies, marketing expenses, acquiring inventory, raw materials, business permits, and more.

KABUHAYAN HOG LOAN

The Kabuhayan Hog Loan is designed for hog raisers and can be used for purchasing feed, acquiring additional piglets, constructing or renovating pig pens, and other related expenses.

HOUSING IMPROVEMENT LOAN

The Housing Improvement Loan aims to assist its members and their families in renovating their homes to provide a more comfortable living space and access to safe and clean water, sanitation, and bathrooms.

EDUCATION LOAN

The Education Loan is offered to clients who wish to pursue their own education or provide educational support to their children. This loan helps cover various school-related expenses such as tuition fees, school supplies, and more.

SAGIP LOAN AS EMERGENCY

The SAGIP Loan for Emergencies is a product offered to provide immediate financial support during emergencies such as health/medical issues, seasonal income fluctuations, and expenses related to calamities or disasters.

SAGIP LOAN AS DISASTER RECOVERY

The SAGIP Loan as Disaster Recovery is to provide immediate financial assistance during emergencies caused by natural or man-made disasters within a 12-month period. As of the moment, this is deactivated. It is only activated once CRF is submitted for system configuration accompanied by COO Memo.

KAAGABAY INSURANCE

The Kaagabay Insurance aims to provide financial protection to the member and their family in the event of accidental injury or death. This insurance is available to members who currently have a production loan or SLDR loan and are between 18 and 75 years old.

FAMILY RELIEF PLAN

The Family Relief Plan aims to provide affordable coverage in case a client passes away. Through financial assistance, the family of the deceased client can receive funds to help with additional expenses for a proper burial.

LOAN REDEMPTION FUND

The Loan Redemption Fund is a mandatory microinsurance program designed to provide financial coverage for outstanding loans in case a member of RAFI-MFI passes away. Its purpose is to prevent the burden of the debt from passing on to the surviving family members.

CAPITAL BUILD-UP

The Capital Build-Up is a savings program designed to assist members of RAFI MFI in saving for financial security, creating a safety net for emergencies and the option to access additional ancillary products provided by RAFI MFI.

MYIPON

A mandatory savings product bundled to an active loan account on top of the CBU that offers higher interest for client financial empowerment by providing protection in the event of financial emergency leading to a greater sense of financial freedom and literacy.

QuikRemit

The QuikRemit offers a complementary domestic remittance service, which means sending money to family members or suppliers and paying bills at competitive transaction costs. It also provides an improved process for disbursing Mauswagon Plus loans by directly transferring funds to the client’s bank account or digital wallet.

Refers to additional revenue streams that creates additional value to existing products, including but not limited to electronic payment system, money transfer and other related remittance services, in partnership with authorized agents and/or entities.​

Building Businesses, Building Lives: The SLTP is a cornerstone of our client support. Through interactive, face-to-face training, we empower our clients to sharpen their business skills and financial knowledge. This allows them to identify and capitalize on income-generating opportunities, manage their finances effectively, and build sustainable livelihoods.

Tindahan Ni Nanay or TNN, is a platform where micro-entrepreneurs can advertise their products, increase their sales, achieve a wider market reach, and create profit online. It evolved into a platform for business development services delivered through a value chain approach, whether through clustering for product consolidation and curated products both offline and online.

MARKET LINKAGES FOR INDIVIDUALLY CURATED PRODUCTS

Individually Curated Products (ICP) intervention under the RAFI MFI Tindahan Ni Nanay program aims to highlight the pride of place products of the RAFI Microfinance clients, also known as the TNN Merchants. This program allows the respective districts and branches of RAFI MFI to bring in unique and handmade products of the merchants through provision of product enhancement and labeling trainings as well as market linkages.

RAFI MFI's initiative to recognize and reward client loyalty, fostering stronger brand reputation and client retention. We also support deserving students from indigent households, aiming to uplift them through education and high-value job opportunities. Our commitment extends to holistic primary healthcare and social protection, where we reconnect with clients, strengthen bonds, and ensure their well-being while promoting risk resilience. Kaagapay Mo is a testament to our dedication to client success and community development.

SUSTAINABLE HEALTH PROGRAM

Providing RAFI MFI clients with FREE access to quality healthcare services, including virtual and in-person medical consultations and essential medicines in their local communities.

BUGSAY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Bugsay Scholarship Program empowers students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, aligning with the national goal to reduce poverty by increasing the number of higher education graduates in high-value fields. Through this program, students become achievers not only academically but also in life, embodying the Bugsay Principle of success and resilience.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM AND INCENTIVES

Center Performance Incentive (CPI) recognizes qualified center officers who outstandingly performed their key role in strengthening their respective center groups, as well as their other duties and responsibilities. On the other hand, client referrals are also given appropriate rewards. Clients who successfully refer new borrowing members are given with cash incentives for their support in RAFI MFI's goal of empowering more individuals and their families.
