The Asian Development Bank’s Fintech for Inclusion Transformation (ADB FIT) has recognized RAFI Microfinance (RAFI MFI) for its excellence, awarding it as one of the winners in the Microfinance category.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Jonar Dorado, virtually participated in the MOA signing together with Mike Martinez from Arielus Software, our partner for the mobile banking project. This initiative is a crucial part of our mission to elevate the lives of our microentrepreneur clients by offering meaningful financial and non-financial services.
This financial inclusion project leverages the power of digitalization to empower our clients in 308 branches across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, enabling them to access our services seamlessly through their mobile devices, anytime and anywhere. As part of our end-to-end digitalization roadmap, we are automating processes from loan applications to disbursement, collection, and notifications.
“As we embark on this journey, we stay true to our brand essence of being a steadfast Kaagapay (partner) to our clients – the least, the last, and the lost who we believe deserve our attention, care, and support,” COO Jonar Dorado emphasized.
Thank you Asian Development Bank, SGV & Co., Microfinance Council of the Philippines, and Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council for your continued support!
