Services
Supporting micro to small entrepreneurs by providing
financial support as capital for new or existing
businesses, and supplementing products for personal
or additional financing needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Age 18–64
- Resident of current address for at least 1 year
- Good credit standing; no active legal cases
- Physically fit, mentally sound, and business-minded
- With stable family income
- Agrees to loan amount based on capacity to pay
- Able to attend regular center meetings
- Disciplined and responsible
Additional Requirements for Mplus
- Age 21–60
- Passes Anti-Fraud, NFIS, and CIBI checks
- At least one valid government ID
- Stable family income
- Agrees to loan amount based on capacity to pay
- Resident for at least 3 years; business within 25 km of branch
- No adverse credit history; no active legal cases
- Maximum of 2 existing loans from other institutions
- Business operating for at least 2 years
- Valid municipal/city business permits under borrower’s name
- For rented spaces: active lease covering loan term or landlord certification if longer term needed
Micro Loans
Mauswagon Loan
This loan is designed to provide flexible, family-oriented financial support for start-ups and micro enterprises (PPI score 25–75), covering needs such as working capital, equipment or digital tools, operating expenses, raw materials, and business improvements.
Mauswagon Plus Loan
This enhanced business loan supports micro and small entrepreneurs by providing financing based on cash flow needs. It can be used for business expansion, asset purchase, construction, marketing, working capital, or loan buy-outs.
Kabuhayan Loan
This special loan for hog raisers, available to new and existing clients with a PPI score of 25–75 and at least five hogs, can be used for constructing or improving livestock pens, purchasing feeds, and acquiring livestock.
Housing Improvement Loan
This supplemental loan helps members and their families improve living conditions by supporting housing upgrades and access to safe water and sanitation. It can be used for housing improvements, toilet and sewage facilities, water sources and connections, rainwater harvesting, water treatment, and purchase of solar products.
Education Loan
This education loan supports academic success by helping students cover tuition, fees, textbooks, school supplies, uniforms, technology, and licensure exam costs, ensuring they can attend school in person or virtually and complete their education.
SAGIP Loan as Emergency
The SAGIP Loan provides immediate financial assistance to clients affected by emergencies or disasters, helping cover medical needs, business recovery, and facility repairs. It is available to existing clients in branches significantly impacted by calamities.
Micro Insurance
Kaagabay Insurance
Provides comprehensive financial protection for the family in case of accidental injuries and death.
Family Relief Plan
Provides affordable and inclusive access to assistance in the event of a client’s death. It aims to ease the family’s burden by offering financial support and addressing both financial and non-financial needs during their time of grief.
Loan Redemption Fund
A mandatory micro-insurance product which provides financial coverage to liabilities in the event of death so liability will no longer be transferred to the next of kin.
Micro Savings
Capital Build-Up
This mandatory savings product helps clients develop a habit of saving, build equity for their businesses, establish reserves for bridge financing, and strengthen creditworthiness, while also enabling access to other RAFI MFI products and helping clients manage financial shocks.
MyIpon
This voluntary savings product, linked to a supplemental loan, offers higher interest to empower clients financially, providing protection during emergencies and promoting financial freedom and literacy.

Kaagapay Mo focuses on nurturing the well-being and growth of our clients and their families. Through Kaagapay Outreach, we bring health services closer to communities, and through the Bugsay Scholarship, we help students achieve their dreams through education.

The Learning Hub provides financial, entrepreneurial, and digital literacy programs that help clients gain the knowledge and skills they need to grow their businesses, manage their finances better, and adapt to a changing world.
Tindahan Ni Nanay
The Tindahan ni Nanay program provides clients with opportunities to grow their livelihood by offering access to product development support, market linkages, and digital or physical platforms where they can showcase and sell their products.
