Purpose of the Role
Responsible for recruiting clients, managing loan portfolios, maintaining customer relationships, achieving operational targets, and ensuring compliance with RAFI MFI policies. Acts as the primary field implementer of the Micro Plus Loan Program.
Key Responsibilities
1. Area Selection & Mapping
- Conduct LGU surveys and gather market data.
- Identify and recommend priority areas for client penetration.
2. Marketing, Credit Assessment & Loan Delivery
- Approach potential clients daily to build a portfolio of 100 borrowers within 2 years.
- Conduct credit evaluations and process loan applications within the SLA.
- Encode client data and facilitate loan releases per policy.
3. Portfolio Management
- Collect loan payments, savings, and charges.
- Maintain client relationships and retention.
- Implement remedial and delinquency measures.
- Provide non-financial services as required.
4. End-of-Day Transactions
- Reconcile daily collections and transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely deposits.
5. Administrative Functions
- Submit daily reports and liquidations.
- Comply with SLA requirements for reporting and expenses.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduate of any course OR
- Senior High Graduate with loan management experience
- Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan processing
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Motorcycle driving skills
