Leaders and operations experts of the Microfinance Council of the Philippines, Inc. (MCPI) gathered for a productive exchange of ideas during the MCPI Summit, held on April 7–8, 2026, at the Century Park Hotel in Cebu City.

RAFI Microfinance, Inc. (RAFI MFI) actively participated in the summit, led by COO Jonar Dorado, with Operations Team speakers Junrey Bugsocan, Regional Director for Visayas 1, and Benoi Donggalo, Regional Director for Mindanao and Leyte. The sessions highlighted operational enhancements, team alignment, and performance-driven initiatives, sparking meaningful dialogue on practical solutions.
