In line with its mission to help clients grow their businesses through the PEER+ program, the IAS team successfully turned over livelihood kits to 85 beneficiaries across Negros Oriental, Cebu, and Bohol on August 9, 16, and 22, 2025.
The livelihood support came in various forms: some beneficiaries received startup subsidies, others were provided with equipment such as printers and vacuum sealers, while several were granted FDA-related subsidies. These interventions aim to improve product packaging and labeling, and for some, open doors to FDA accreditation.
Through the DOST GIA Grant and the PEER+ Training Programโspearheaded by RAFI MFI Tindahan Ni Nanayโmicroentrepreneurs are gaining the skills, confidence, and support they need to grow their businesses, succeed in the market, and unlock greater opportunities for their products.
