A: We operate nationwide, with roles available in rural, semi-urban, and metropolitan areas across the Philippines.
Trust Staff spend their day meeting with clients, conducting credit investigations, supporting loan applications, and doing collection work. The role requires traveling by motorcycle to various locations — mostly in rural and hard-to-reach areas, but also in semi-urban and metropolitan communities. A valid driver’s license is essential. Time is also spent in the office for reporting and coordination. It’s a dynamic role that combines fieldwork with meaningful community engagement.
