RAFI Microfinance proudly celebrated its 27th anniversary of elevating lives during its year-end celebration held in December. The event was a meaningful gathering marked by reflection, togetherness, and gratitude—values that truly embody the spirit of Kaagapay.

The celebration looked back on milestones achieved through shared commitment and service, honoring the collective journey of empowering communities and transforming lives over the years.

On the same occasion, RAFI Microfinance also recognized its dedicated colleagues during the Service Awards Ceremony. Honorees were acknowledged for their years of unwavering service and contribution to the organization.

Among the awardees were Billy Gimarino, recognized for 25 years of service; Nenito Gonzales Jr., Maria Li Batucan, and Thelma Dosdos honored for 20 years; Raffy Baladjay and Absalona Betinol were awarded for 15 years of service—along with colleagues who received 10-year and 5-year service awards.

The celebration was not only a tribute to longevity but a heartfelt appreciation of the people who continue to make RAFI Microfinance’s mission possible.
